  1. Introduction

The International Creators & Content Awards (ICCA) is the official annual creator recognition program organized by World Premium, a digital platform operating under Singhaniya Royal Group (SRG).

ICCA has been established to recognize outstanding creators, innovators, educators, entertainers, influencers, entrepreneurs, and contributors who help shape the future of digital content, online communities, and the creator economy.

ICCA is conducted exclusively within the World Premium ecosystem and serves as the highest annual recognition platform offered by World Premium.

ICCA Annual Event Duration

The International Creators & Content Awards (ICCA) shall be conducted as an annual twelve (12) day event.

The official ICCA event may include creator activities, voting rounds, evaluations, public engagement, media programs, interviews, entertainment segments, special recognitions, and the Grand Finale Ceremony.

Selection Period

Day 1 – Day 10

The first ten (10) days of ICCA shall be dedicated to:

  • Participant Evaluations
  • Public Voting
  • Judge Assessments
  • Creator Showcases
  • Beauty Crown Evaluations
  • Community Activities
  • Media Engagement
  • Special Programs
  • Founder Reviews
  • Finalist Selection

During this period, rankings and evaluations may be conducted to determine the official finalists and winners.

Grand Finale Period

Day 11 – Day 12

The final two (2) days shall be reserved for the Official ICCA Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale may include:

  • Red Carpet Events
  • Crown Ceremonies
  • Award Presentations
  • Creator Recognition Programs
  • Luxury Award Presentations
  • Hall of Fame Inductions
  • Brand Ambassador Announcements
  • Special Founder Awards

Final Winner Announcement

Official ICCA winners, Crown recipients, title holders, and special recognition award recipients may be announced during the Grand Finale period.

All results published by ICCA during the Grand Finale shall be considered official and final.

Event Flexibility

World Premium and ICCA reserve the right to modify schedules, extend activities, add special events, or adjust the duration of any stage of the competition where necessary.

  1. Eligibility

Participation in ICCA is exclusively available to active World Premium members.

A participant may become eligible through any one of the following routes:

Route A – Creator Performance Route

A participant shall qualify if:

  • The participant maintains an active World Premium account.
  • The participant has published content on World Premium.
  • At least one video exceeds 45 minutes in duration.
  • The video achieves a minimum of 50,000,000 valid views.

Route B – Community Ownership Route

A participant shall qualify if:

  • The participant is an active Community Ownership (CO) member.
  • The participant maintains good standing within the World Premium ecosystem.
  • The participant holds a minimum of 10,000 Ownership Units.

Eligible Community Ownership members may participate even if they do not meet the creator-performance requirements.

Route C – Founder Special Invitation

The Founder of World Premium may directly invite individuals to participate.

Invitations may be granted to:

  • Creators
  • Innovators
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Educators
  • Public figures
  • Industry leaders
  • Special contributors

Participation through Founder Invitation remains solely at the discretion of World Premium.

  1. Membership Requirements

Participants must:

  • Maintain an active account.
  • Complete required verification.
  • Follow Community Guidelines.
  • Follow ICCA policies.
  • Remain in good standing.
  1. Annual Event Structure

ICCA shall be organized once every calendar year.

Each annual edition shall select:

Grand Champion

One participant shall be selected as the ICCA Grand Champion.

The Grand Champion represents the highest annual honor of ICCA.

Elite Winners

Three participants shall be recognized as Elite Winners.

Elite Winners represent top-tier creator excellence.

Excellence Winners

Three participants shall be recognized as Excellence Winners.

Achievement Winners

Three participants shall be recognized as Achievement Winners.

World Premium reserves the right to approve or reject nominations.

  • Identity

  • Account ownership
  • View authenticity

  • Ownership Unit balances

Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification.

  1. Fake Views & Artificial Engagement Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Purchased views
  • Fake followers
  • Fake subscribers
  • Artificial traffic
  • Bots
  • Engagement manipulation
  • View farms
  • Vote farms

Violations may result in:

  • Vote removal
  • Ranking adjustment

where fraud, abuse, security concerns, legal risks, or policy violations are identified.

The Founder’s decision shall be final.

The Founder may optionally appoint:

Selection remains entirely optional and independent of award rankings.

The Grand Champion may receive:

  • Medal
  • Commemorative award
  • Replica trophy (where applicable)

The original Championship Trophy shall not transfer ownership to the winner.

  1. ICCA Luxury Residence Program

The ICCA Luxury Residence Program is a recognition benefit available to the Grand Champion.

Ownership

The residence shall remain the exclusive property of:

  • ICCA
  • World Premium
  • Singhaniya Royal Group (SRG)
  • or any designated holding entity

at all times.

No ownership rights shall transfer to the winner.

Benefit Period

The Grand Champion may receive access to the residence for:

One (1) Year

unless otherwise announced.

Restrictions

The winner may not:

  • Sell the residence
  • Lease the residence
  • Mortgage the residence
  • Transfer the residence
  • Claim ownership rights
  • Register the property in their name

without written authorization from ICCA.

Annual Transition

Following completion of the benefit period:

The residence may be reassigned to future Grand Champions.

20A. ICCA Crown of Excellence

The ICCA Crown of Excellence is one of the highest ceremonial honors presented by the International Creators & Content Awards (ICCA).

The Crown is designed to recognize exceptional achievement, leadership, influence, creativity, community impact, public recognition, and outstanding contribution to the World Premium ecosystem.

The ICCA Crown of Excellence represents prestige, excellence, royalty, influence, and global recognition within the creator community and serves as a symbol of the highest level of achievement attainable through ICCA.

Purpose

The ICCA Crown of Excellence has been established to honor individuals who demonstrate exceptional talent, creator excellence, leadership qualities, audience influence, community contribution, and positive impact within the digital creator ecosystem.

Eligibility

In addition to creator-based eligibility routes, ICCA may also organize a special Beauty Crown Category for female participants.

This category is designed to recognize beauty, personality, confidence, leadership, communication skills, public influence, creativity, and overall presence.

ICCA Beauty Crown Division – Open Entry Program

The ICCA Beauty Crown Division is a special recognition category created exclusively for female participants.

Unlike the Creator Awards Division, eligible female participants may apply directly for the ICCA Beauty Crown Division without requiring creator-performance milestones.

Open Entry Eligibility

Any female participant may apply directly if she:

  • Completes ICCA registration;
  • Completes identity verification;
  • Accepts ICCA rules and policies;
  • Maintains good standing during the competition.

No minimum video views, channel requirements, or Ownership Units are required for entry into the Beauty Crown Division.

Ownership of the Crown

The Official ICCA Crown of Excellence shall remain the permanent property of:

Winner Rights

The Crown recipient may:

Restrictions

Unless specifically authorized by ICCA:

  • Ownership of the Official ICCA Crown shall not transfer to the recipient.
  • The recipient may not sell the Crown.
  • The recipient may not transfer the Crown.
  • The recipient may not lease the Crown.
  • The recipient may not mortgage the Crown.
  • The recipient may not claim ownership rights over the Crown.

The Official ICCA Crown shall remain under ICCA control at all times.

Commemorative Crown

Where applicable, ICCA may provide:

to the recipient.

Such items may be retained by the recipient unless otherwise specified.

Annual ICCA Heritage Collection

Participation remains voluntary.
