Future Ownership Option

Upon completion of an applicable lock period, eligible Community Ownership members may, at their sole discretion, choose to continue holding their participation balance, request withdrawal of available balances, or participate in any future ownership conversion program that may be offered by World Premium.

Where such a program is made available, eligible members may have the option to convert all or part of their participation balance into ownership interests, shares, units, or other participation rights of the company, subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, valuation methods, applicable laws, regulatory approvals, and program agreements.

Participation in Community Ownership does not automatically result in ownership interests, shares, securities, dividends, profits, or financial returns. Any future ownership conversion opportunity shall be governed by separate terms and conditions published by World Premium.

Subject to applicable platform policies and security requirements, eligible members may request withdrawal of their available participation balances through authorized platform features. World Premium does not intend to permanently restrict access to an eligible member’s principal participation balance.

Members may choose, at their sole discretion, to continue participating in Community Ownership, request withdrawal of available balances, transfer eligible Ownership Units where permitted, or participate in future ownership-related opportunities offered by World Premium.

Community Ownership is designed to provide transparency, flexibility, and member control, ensuring that participation remains a choice of the member throughout their journey within the World Premium ecosystem.

World Premium Community Ownership is built on long-term trust between the platform and its members. World Premium intends that eligible members should continue to have visibility of their principal participation balance through the World Premium Wallet and retain the ability to manage their participation within the ecosystem.

Subject to applicable platform policies, security requirements, and verification procedures, eligible members may request withdrawal of their available principal participation balance through authorized platform features.

World Premium is committed to building long-term trust within the Community Ownership ecosystem.

Subject to applicable program terms and eligibility requirements, World Premium provides Principal Protection of up to ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Indian Rupees) equivalent to 5,000 Ownership Units per eligible member under the Community Ownership Program.

This protection is intended to provide additional confidence to participating members by supporting the preservation of eligible principal participation balances within the World Premium ecosystem.

Eligible members may continue to view their participation balances through the World Premium Wallet and may request withdrawal of available balances in accordance with applicable platform procedures and program requirements.

Therefore, participation balances and Ownership Units may remain visible within the member’s dashboard at all times, allowing members to track and manage their Community Ownership activity transparently.
